I was asked to offer a suggestion for a Scrolling Text, for a Quest Log for a friends game, and figure'd  I would share it here if it could help others as well.  Likely won't be any updates as it is only an example for one method. I could get really intricate and make the opacity change to where it fades out more gradually over time, and comes into visibilty the same way.. Can really get creative with this type of project. This can work as a simple start for anyone.
